Mirage Imaging MRI Center is pleased to announce the addition of the new Hitachi quadrature pelvis coil.  The noninvasive pelvis coil features a unique cross-quadrature design with a central region of high signal-to-noise enabling superior imaging of both the male and female pelvis.  The prostate and seminal vesicles in men and the uterus and ovaries in women can be viewed in great detail while avoiding the use of invasive pelvis imaging technologies.

The new pelvis coil is designed for easy patient accessibility and maximum patient comfort.  The coil accommodates a wide range of patient sizes, and the snap-on, latchable coil design makes it easy to position.  The padding and contouring of the non-invasive coil further enhance patient comfort.

The exclusive cross-quadrature design of the new pelvis coil, combined with the vertical field magnet of the Hitachi AIRIS system, delivers high-resolution images of the pelvis with the added benefit of superior patient comfort.
